1. About the Platform

WeInvesta (accessible at www.weinvesta.com) is a digital prospectus, crowdfunding and investor onboarding platform that connects individual investors with a curated pipeline of real-asset backed operating projects and technology ventures. By creating an account or investing through the platform, you agree to these terms and to the platform's Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure.

2. Eligibility, Accounts & KYC

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction. All investors must complete identity verification (KYC) before investing. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. WeInvesta may suspend or close accounts that fail verification, provide false information or breach these terms.

3. Investments, Plans & Lock-In Periods

Each investment plan and project page states its minimum investment, target or fixed return, payout schedule and lock-in period. Your principal remains locked until the plan matures: 24 months on standard and Seed plans and 6 months on the Early Bird offer, unless a project page states otherwise. Standard plans distribute profit quarterly; Seed and Early Bird allocations pay their fixed profit at maturity. Capped allocations (such as Seed tiers) are available strictly while allocation capacity remains.

4. Returns Are Targets, Not Guarantees

All platform offerings represent project investments and profit-sharing models. Projected returns, profit shares and payout schedules are targets supported by project performance, asset backing and portfolio management. They are not bank deposits, fixed interest products or insured repayments, and they are not guaranteed unless explicitly structured as locked seed allocations backed by asset reserves. 5. Payments, Payouts & Withdrawals

Deposits are made through the payment channels shown in your dashboard. Investments activate after the platform verifies your transaction. Profits and bonuses are credited to your platform wallet and may be withdrawn at any time subject to the stated minimum withdrawal amount and verification checks. Blockchain network fees or banking fees charged by third parties are outside the platform's control.

6. Referrals & Promotions

Referral bonuses and promotional offers are governed by the conditions published on the platform at the time of the offer and may be modified or withdrawn for abuse, fraud or self-referral schemes.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud or any unlawful activity. WeInvesta operates AML/KYC controls and cooperates with lawful requests from competent authorities. Attempts to interfere with the platform's security or operation will result in account termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including the whitepaper, project documentation, branding and software, belongs to WeInvesta or its licensors. You may download documents for personal review and due diligence, but may not republish or exploit them commercially without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeInvesta is not liable for losses arising from market conditions, project underperformance, regulatory decisions, force majeure events or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

10. Changes & Contact
