Mobile App Privacy Policy

1. What the app is

The Weinvesta app is a catalogue of the projects the platform funds. It shows each project's sector, operating regions, target, funding progress, expected return, lock period and documents, along with general information about the company.

The app has no sign-up and no login. You cannot create an account, invest, hold a balance or make a payment inside the app. Those take place on our website at weinvesta.com, which is covered by our main Privacy Policy.

2. Information we collect through the app

None. The app does not ask you for any information and does not collect, store or transmit personal data. Specifically, it does not collect your name, email address, phone number, postal address, date of birth, identity documents, financial information, contacts, photos, location, or any advertising or device identifier.

There is no account to create, so there is nothing to delete. The app contains no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking software.

3. What the app does access

The app requests a single Android permission, internet access, and uses it only to download the public project catalogue from our servers at api.weinvesta.com over an encrypted HTTPS connection. That request carries no identifier for you or your device. Our servers keep standard technical logs, such as the request time and IP address, for security and diagnostics.

Project photographs and documents are downloaded from the same servers so the app can display them.

4. Links that leave the app

Some buttons open your browser or WhatsApp: viewing a project on our website, reading the risk disclosure, emailing support, or messaging our support line. Once you leave the app, the privacy policy of that website or service applies, along with our main Privacy Policy where you continue on our own site.

5. Children

The app is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children and collects no information from anyone.

6. Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app collects information, we will update this policy and the Google Play data disclosure before that version is released, and the effective date above will change.
